What is PIONEER

PIONEER is a management company founded in Switzerland in September 2018 by Cecilia Reyes, a social entrepreneur and former Chief Investment Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Member of Executive Committee at Zurich Insurance Group.

Our vision is to alleviate wealth and gender inequality and foster a more inclusive and balanced society. We are focused on developing projects and initiatives where social purpose is at the core and whose success is measured by one metric: positive social impact. To achieve scale in its social impact, PIONEER collaborates and seeks partnerships with businesses, government and philanthropic organizations.
