Olga is a passionate marketing and customer experience expert with 10+ years international know-how in managing brands, products and services.
She has joined PIONEER from Zurich Insurance Company, where she was driving a number of global projects as a Senior Customer Experience manager. Prior to that she was a Community and Communications Manager of Zurich’s global Risk team led by Cecilia Reyes.
Currently leading the project management and customer experience workstreams at PIONEER, Olga is also a founder and general manager of MOST Strategic Consulting company.
